Jacqueline Kwan has years of tax preparation experience with local and multinational tax firms and is a licensed CPA. She has lived and worked in Hong Kong, Canada, and the U.S. and is able to provide a superior service from an international perspective.  She focuses on serving high net worth clients and closely held small businesses.  She has assisted new startup companies on tax planning and choosing the best type of entity, and provided bookkeeping support in order to prepare their taxes in the most efficient way. Jacqueline earned her Bachelors's of Commerce degree with a focus in accounting from the University of British Columbia. She then earned her Masters in Taxation from Golden Gate University.

 

Moses Man
Consultant, International Tax

Moses Man is an international tax specialist at M Square.  His practice focuses on US international tax planning for small to mid-size multinationals across all industries, including technology, manufacturing, and professional services.  His practice also includes US individual expatriate tax planning and pre-immigration tax planning for inbound foreigners.   In addition, Moses has significant experience in US international tax compliance for both entities and individuals.  Moses spent ten years at a large local accounting firm and a Big 4 accounting firm.  His clients included small to mid-size multinationals, venture capital and hedge funds, EB-5 Visa holders, US and foreign individuals with international taxation issues.  Moses earned his B.A. from Seattle University and his Masters in Taxation from the University of Washington.  Moses serves as an adjunct accounting and tax professor at both Seattle University and the University of Washington and he is a current advisory board member at the Bellevue College Accounting Program.
